Dr. Garrett Goodling, DDS
Dr. Garrett Goodling is committed to providing exceptional, comprehensive dental care that combines advanced clinical techniques, modern technology, and a highly personalized approach to treatment. His practice focuses on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and sleep dentistry, with an emphasis on restoring not only the appearance of a smile, but also its function, health, and long-term stability.
Originally from northern Maryland, Dr. Goodling earned his undergraduate degree in Biology from The Ohio State University in 2014. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2019, where he completed a clerkship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at Christiana Care, where he further developed his skills in comprehensive, cosmetic, and complex dental treatment.
Dr. Goodling has been in private practice since 2020 and has proudly owned and led his practice since the beginning of 2024. He has been recognized as a Delaware Today’s Top Dentist for four consecutive years. He remains dedicated to advanced continuing education, particularly in implant dentistry, digital dentistry, cosmetic rehabilitation, and sleep-related dental care.
His philosophy is rooted in comprehensive diagnosis and individualized treatment planning. Rather than simply addressing individual dental problems, Dr. Goodling takes a broader view of each patient’s oral health, considering aesthetics, function, bite, comfort, and long-term stability when developing a treatment plan. He believes that exceptional dentistry should not only look beautiful, but should feel natural, function predictably, and stand the test of time.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Goodling enjoys grilling, following sports, and spending time with his wife, Kaitlin, their son, Graham, and their rescue dog, Archie.
Dr. Michael Rosen

Dr. Michael T. Rosen is a native of Delaware, growing up in North Wilmington. He attended Emory University in Atlanta where he received a bachelor’s and master’s degree as well as his Doctor of Dental Science degree. After completing his residency at the Medical Center of Delaware, Dr. Rosen spent the next five years practicing in Atlanta where he also met Becky.
After getting married, Dr. Rosen relocated his practice to Delaware in 1989, where he currently resides. Dr. Rosen practices family and cosmetic dentistry with special training in orthodontics, TMJ, and the treatment of sleep apnea. Additionally, he regularly attends continuing education courses and has taken thousands of hours of courses to keep his techniques current with the latest innovations in dentistry. He is an Academy of General Dentistry Fellow as well as a Fellow at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He is also a Diplomate of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and a member of the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics which focuses on the evaluation and treatment of TMJ disorders. Dr. Rosen is always available to teach and is a lifelong learner.
Dr. Rosen’s interests are spending time with his lovely wife Becky, taking short trips to new places, skiing, exercise, and lots of tennis. He’s also started playing a new winter sport called Paddle Tennis. Both of his children are out of the house and taking care of themselves so, of course, we needed two new Australian Shepherds – Riley and Sadie. His wife is trying to talk him into buying an RV – to be continued.
