Everything You Want to Know About Your Tri-State Dental Care

Below are some of the more frequently asked questions from our patients. Please feel free to call us at 302-994-0979 with any additional questions that you might have.

Why do I need x-rays?

Dental x-rays (or radiographs) are the safest and least expensive “dental insurance plan” that you can buy. Radiographs help us to find problems when they are smaller and less expensive to fix. And when we find problems in their early stages, the restorative action taken is more likely to last longer. The digital x-rays that we take use up to 90% less radiation than standard x-ray films and are incredibly safe.

What are your hours?

We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Fridays.

Do you offer braces and/or Invisalign?

Dr. Rosen is an Invisalign certified dentist. For many years we practiced standard orthodontics with wires and brackets but now we almost always use Invisalign teeth straightening aligners with our patients. Our extensive training and expertise not only allows us to catch early growth and dental development problems in children but it also helps our patients make educated decisions in regards to their smile.

Do you take insurance?

We accept most dental insurance plans and can help you get the most out of your plan. Our front desk team, Helen and Dawn, would be happy to answer any specific questions that you may have.

Do you have financing available?

We have several financing options available to our patients. Depending on the dental treatment that you are having done, you can pay as you go, use your credit card, or make monthly payments. We also have also no-interest loans and longer-term third-party financing options.
